Thank you for welcoming a new companion from Salesnowvip into your home. Our greatest wish is for you or your loved ones to be completely delighted with your plush treasure. If for any reason your experience does not meet this promise, you may initiate a return for eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, store credit, or exchange, in accordance with the guidelines below.

Eligibility for Returns
To ensure a fair and straightforward process for all our collectors, an item must meet the following conditions to be eligible for return:

  • The plush doll must be unused, unplayed with, unstained, and in its original, pristine condition.
  • All original tags, certificates, packaging (including any presentation boxes, dust bags, or protective wrapping), and accompanying accessories must be present and undamaged.
  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the date your order was marked as delivered.

Non-Returnable Items
To preserve the integrity of our collection, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Any doll that has been customized, personalized, or altered at your request.
  • Items purchased during a “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or any promotion explicitly marked as non-returnable.
  • Any item showing signs of play, wear, damage, or that is missing its original packaging and tags.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Our Team: Email our Customer Care team at nanyangzhangluoren@163.com with your order number and reason for the return. Providing a few clear photos of the item in its condition helps us assist you promptly.
  2. Receive Instructions: If your return is eligible, we will email you a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed shipping instructions. Please do not send your return without this RA number, as we cannot process unauthorized packages.
  3. Ship Your Return: Securely pack the doll with all its original components. Please include a piece of paper with your RA number inside the box. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as Salesnowvip is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds, Credits & Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. Upon approval, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
  • Exchanges: We are happy to arrange exchanges at no extra cost for items that are defective or incorrect. Please contact us at nanyangzhangluoren@163.com with your order details and photos.
  • For exchanges due to a simple change of preference, we recommend processing a return for a refund and placing a new order for your desired item to ensure current availability.

Please ship your authorized return to the following address only after you have received your RA number. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Final Sale & Custom Orders
All items marked “Final Sale” and any custom-made or personalized plush dolls are considered final purchases and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Every Salesnowvip doll is carefully prepared for its journey to you. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at nanyangzhangluoren@163.com. Include your order number and clear photos or videos documenting the issue. We will work swiftly to resolve it, which may include providing a prepaid return label and issuing a full refund or replacement.
