- Processing Time: Every order is hand-prepared with meticulous care within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. This allows for our final quality inspection and attentive packaging.
- Order Verification: For your security and our accuracy, all orders undergo a verification review before processing begins.
- Order Modifications: If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Care Team immediately at nanyangzhangluoren@163.com. We can only accommodate such requests if the order has not yet entered the packing and shipment stage.
Packaging & Presentation
Each Salesnowvip doll is treated with individual care. Your item will be gently placed in its protective packaging and then sealed within a sturdy, discreet outer shipping box to guarantee it arrives in pristine, ready-to-display condition.

We are delighted to ship our collection worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed transparently at checkout.

For United States & Canada:
- Standard Shipping: 10-18 business days (Free on orders over $75 USD)
- Express Shipping: 5-10 business days (available for an additional fee)
For European Union & UK:
- Standard Shipping: 12-22 business days
- Express Shipping: 7-14 business days (available for an additional fee)
- Important EU Note: Orders valued under €150 may be shipped with VAT prepaid under the IOSS scheme to ensure smooth customs clearance.
Rest of World:
- Economy Shipping: 15-30 business days
- Express Shipping: 8-15 business days (available for an additional fee)

Important Note on Customs & Import Duties:
For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are determined solely by your local customs authorities.
Order Tracking & Delivery
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey.
- Address Accuracy: Please double-check that your shipping address is complete and correct. We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses due to inaccurate addresses provided by the customer.
- Delivery Responsibility: Upon delivery, a signature may be required depending on your location. Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Salesnowvip’s liability ends. We are not responsible for loss or theft after delivery confirmation. If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect/insufficient address or recipient unavailability, any resulting return, reshipping, or storage fees will be the customer’s responsibility.
Addressing Shipping Concerns
- Package in Transit: If your tracking information shows no updates for an unusually extended period (e.g., over 25 business days), please contact us for assistance.
- Damaged Upon Arrival: Please inspect your package upon delivery. If the item arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours by emailing nanyangzhangluoren@163.com. Please provide your order number and clear photographs of both the damaged item and its packaging. We will work promptly to resolve the issue.
